Noopy is described as a naive, boisterous and energetic Noop who is eager to learn and traverse the world. He loves video games, food, and creativity. Unfortunately, his eagerness for constant mental stimulation results in frequent boredom, resulting in behavior that can be seen as impulsive or without the consideration of others.

She is described as the younger, quieter, and timid Noop who despite being afraid of the world around her, feels most confident and comfortable being alongside her brother, Noopy. Her incredibly long ears often result in her tripping and struggling to keep up with Noopy.

KityCrylics & Noopy are owned and ran by independent artist & designer Ash "Kity" Tingley. Kity is a longtime online storefront owner with over 19 years of experience with online transactions and customer interactions. Additionally, Kity has an extensive work history and a multi-layered creative resume that extends into multiple mediums and professional fields.
Her work is heavily inspired by mental health awareness and self-love, with art styles influenced by her love of 90's nostalgia video game consoles, technology & electronics, and miniatures. Her wide range of interests and art styles can be seen in the scope of her collaborations, designs, and hobbies and interests.
